Lead warehouse fulfillment and trade counter operations as Markham’s Operations Manager, working full-time on a permanent Monday-to-Friday day shift.

This Operations Manager leads an in office team of up to 18+ across customer service, order fulfillment, and warehouse logistics. The role also supports GTA branch leadership through standardized procedures and operational best practices. Success requires experience with inventory control, ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, and commercial distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution across the flagship operational facility
- Manage warehouse fulfillment, staging, and trade counter service
- Roll out SOPs, 5S standards, and performance metrics
- Direct order picking, freight transfers, and branch logistics




- Maintain inventory accuracy through counts, audits, and reconciliation

Requirements:

- Six to eight or more years managing warehouse and retail operations
- Commercial building supplies or industrial wholesale experience
- Proficiency with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for operational tracking
- Experience recruiting, cross-training, and managing frontline performance
