Key Responsibilities:

- Manage mid-level donors and prospects valued between $1,000 and $10,000
- Translate program needs into donor investment opportunities
- Lead annual giving initiatives, campaigns, appeals, and special events

- Represent the YMCA with community partners and supporters

Requirements:

- Three years’ experience in fundraising, client relations, sales, marketing, or related fields
- Experience managing partner or client relationships and outreach
- Solid written, verbal, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with donor databases or CRM systems
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft 365
