Apply submarine operations expertise to training system integration for the Royal Canadian Navy, supporting simulation and instructional design. This permanent, full time role contributes across shore-based and at-sea environments.

The Submarine Operations Subject Matter Expert supports the Training Systems Integration team and Canadian Patrol Submarine Project. You will guide analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation while aligning solutions with RCN doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, FNTS, and CONOPS. Your expertise supports operationally relevant training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise TSI teams throughout the training system lifecycle
- Support CORA, TNA, and TMA activities
- Define and validate simulation and scenario requirements
- Develop lesson plans, procedures,



checklists, and scenario libraries
- Support testing, validation, and defect resolution

Requirements:

- Extensive submarine operations experience within RCN or comparable navy
- Operational experience as submarine Officer or NCM
- Understanding of submarine operational or training systems
- Knowledge of SAT, including CFITES or equivalent
- Eligibility for CGP and Level II NATO SECRET clearance
