Lead accurate, efficient, and protected outbound warehouse movement at Sysco, coordinating foodservice orders, loading, replenishment, and customer deliveries.

As Outbound Warehouse Manager, you direct Supervisors, Clerks, and warehouse workers selecting, stacking, and loading products. You oversee night warehouse operations while strengthening accuracy, workflow, communication, and safety. The position combines team leadership with scheduling, problem solving, employee development, performance feedback, and personnel administration. You also support EHS programs and Sysco’s Food Safety Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee order selection quality and accuracy
- Monitor loading activities and special loading requests
- Review mis-shipments, damaged items, and mis-picks
- Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow
- Support staff training and performance evaluations

Requirements:

- At least two years leading a team
- Front-line supervisor leadership experience preferred
- Minimum high school diploma
- Related post-secondary education preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
