You will support dispatchers, brokerage personnel, warehousing staff, and administrative teams. The work includes workflow optimization, custom reporting, business analysis, and end-user guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map workflows and identify operational bottlenecks
- Customize TruckMate screens, fields, menus, and layouts
- Develop and maintain operational and executive reports
- Test changes before production release
- Train staff on workflows, reports, and updates

Requirements:

- Three-plus years administering and optimizing Trimble TruckMate
- Strong SQL query development and report writing skills
- Freight brokerage, trucking, and warehousing knowledge
- Ability to translate operational feedback into solutions
- Full-time on-site availability in Mississauga
