As ATB’s Principal, AI Agent Control & Governance, you will own operational and technical accountability for AI tools, frontier models, and autonomous agents. The role combines platform administration, agent lifecycle management, access controls, observability, and cost optimization. You will operationalize governance across MLOps pipelines and agent execution environments, supporting OSFI E-23 and E-21 expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer enterprise LLM platforms, licensing, configurations, and lifecycle management
- Implement RBAC, tiered permissions, and identity controls with IAM
- Monitor platform usage, AI spend, application health, and performance




- Maintain the audit-ready enterprise AI Asset Registry
- Contain incidents, safety breaches, failures, and governance exceptions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical discipline
- Five-plus years supporting production machine learning deployments
- Five-plus years in cloud infrastructure and information systems
- Hands-on enterprise LLM administration, APIs, RBAC, and cost management
- Advanced MLOps, orchestration, observability, and DevOps knowledge
