The City of Victoria is seeking a Human Resources Operations Advisor to provide portfolio-based HR support, oversee HRIS, and deliver workforce analytics. You will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to optimize processes, data quality, and service delivery.

Responsibilities include administration of HR systems, reporting, job evaluation support, and continuous improvement initiatives, all within a 35-hour hybrid work week.
