Lead Payments product strategy at Lightspeed, driving GPV growth and merchant adoption across Retail and Hospitality platforms in North America and EMEA.

As Director of Product Management, you will own the Payments line of business within Financial Services. You will lead Group PMs and Senior PMs while connecting product strategy with company OKRs and P&L; targets. Your work spans payments penetration, onboarding conversion, revenue, platform consolidation, and multi-year transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define Payments strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap
- Own GPV, penetration, onboarding, and revenue outcomes
- Lead Group PMs and Senior PMs across platforms
- Align Engineering, Design, Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Finance




- Represent product direction to executives and the Board

Requirements:

- Two to three-plus years managing at Director level
- Ownership of payments or another major product vertical
- Experience hiring, developing, and promoting product leaders
- Fluency in acquiring, interchange, settlement, and reconciliation
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and platform consolidation
