As Capture Director, you will guide opportunities exceeding $100 million across Canadian defence programs. You will develop winning solutions with Business Development, Engineering, and business leads. The work includes pricing, deal structures, industrial perks, negotiations, and executive briefings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic capture management for high-value defence opportunities
- Develop capture plans, win themes, and competitor strategies
- Architect deal structures and Price to Win models
- Coordinate compliant solutions with engineering and business teams

Requirements:

- 15-plus years in aerospace or defence sectors
- Five-plus years in senior defence management or capture roles
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical or business education
- Five-plus years of RCAF fighter aircraft operations or training
- Reliability clearance and Controlled Goods and ITAR assessment eligibility
