This Solution Architect oversees Production Planning and Quality Management services for Lindt companies. The work spans enhancements, projects, support, upgrades, migrations, and recent capabilities. You will coordinate stakeholders, define requirements, configure SAP, and mature IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP PP/QM projects, enhancements, and end user support
- Coordinate internal teams, business users, partners, and vendors
- Monitor risks, issues, deliverables, and mitigation strategies
- Configure PP and QM based on business requirements
- Lead testing, application support, training, and ticket responses





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field
- Ten years’ experience or two full S/4 implementation cycles
- Configuration experience with S/4 Manufacturing and Quality Management
- Knowledge of PPDS, RF configuration, SAP integrations, and technical foundations
- Ability to lead teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
