Govern subcontractor procurement through commercial agreements, rate cards, and purchase order approvals at Telecon. This regular full time role supports enterprise-wide commercial compliance.

As Category Manager, you will serve as Procurement authority for subcontractor categories across Telecon. Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 pricing, supplier performance, spend visibility, and negotiated agreements. Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Project teams while driving category strategies, sourcing activities, and commercial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approve subcontractor purchase orders against agreements and D365 rate cards
- Maintain activity-based pricing by supplier, region, and service category
- Develop, negotiate, renew, and maintain subcontractor agreements
- Analyze spend, market trends, supplier performance,



and savings opportunities
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and supplier business reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field
- Five-plus years in procurement, sourcing, category management, or supply chain
- Experience managing subcontractor or contractor service categories
- Commercial negotiation and vendor contract experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, analytical, financial, and communication skills
