PepsiCo’s Supply Chain Leadership Program develops current graduates through hands-on manufacturing operations, frontline leadership, and warehouse exposure.

This program is designed for emerging leaders pursuing operations careers at PepsiCo. You will gain experience directing teams, managing performance metrics, and improving daily operations. The program also builds leadership capabilities through training, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct, coach, and lead frontline manufacturing or warehouse teams
- Ensure safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Drive productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime performance
- Lead team meetings and communicate priorities to associates




- Implement continuous improvement opportunities across daily operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree completed August 2026 through April 2027
- Study Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related technical discipline
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, athletics, or volunteering
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights and afternoons
- Strong communication, initiative, accountability, and interpersonal skills
