Use advanced accounting and agentic AI skills as a Senior Accountant working on-site in the Niagara Region. Own complex financial operations and improvements.

This Senior Accountant reports directly to the CEO within an established consumer products business. The position combines full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, process automation, and team support. You will strengthen controls, resolve historical discrepancies, and provide financial insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable reconciliations and resolve customer discrepancies
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and management packages
- Use Claude Cowork to automate repetitive accounting tasks




- Support junior team members and improve internal controls

Requirements:

- Eight to fifteen years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA Canada designation or qualifying CFE completion
- At least eight years of full-cycle accounting experience
- At least one year of hands-on agentic AI experience
- Robust Microsoft Excel skills and Niagara Region availability
