Lead Systems Assurance in Toronto with Accenture Construct, applying systems integration, safety certification, and engineering governance expertise. This office-based role works five days weekly.

As Director, you will provide strategic technical oversight across the Lakeshores portfolio. The work covers Systems Assurance, RAMS, IV&V;, Testing and Commissioning, and operational handover. You will help assure rolling stock, signalling, traction power, and associated transit systems meet applicable safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Systems Assurance across the Lakeshores portfolio
- Govern the end-to-end V-model lifecycle
- Oversee ATS, CBTC, SCADA, trackside, and cybersecurity integration
- Lead hazard logs, FMECA, and risk analysis




- Oversee technical submittals and partner assurance activities

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive engineering infrastructure experience
- 5+ years leading assurance for complex rail or transit programs
- Knowledge of CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Professional Engineer license in positive standing with Professional Engineers Ontario
