As Scientific Product Manager, you will guide development alongside scientists, software, robotics, design, and AI engineers. You will identify valuable scientific problems, evaluate solutions, and anticipate how capabilities can advance. Your work connects experimental science, AI/ML, automation, and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prioritize scientific problems with research-cycle impact
- Represent stated and emerging user needs to leadership
- Translate needs into actionable problem statements and success criteria
- Advocate minimal viable solutions and quick iteration




- Identify data gaps requiring current experiments

Requirements:

- Experimental science background, ideally in life sciences
- Technical fluency across AI/ML, software, and automation
- Experience taking technical solutions through user adoption
- Structured problem solving and quantitative reasoning
- Effective communication with scientists, engineers, and executives
