Technology risk strategy and governance lead a major banking transformation at Capco, spanning five ETAM workstreams for a Tier 1 Canadian financial institution.

This experienced Technology Risk and Governance Lead will own risk activities across enterprise technology asset management. The work requires control design, testing, regulatory compliance, and information security expertise. You will partner with senior stakeholders, solution architects, security specialists, and delivery teams to strengthen practical controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own risk governance across five ETAM workstreams
- Oversee control testing and self-assessments
- Manage audit evidence and regulatory remediation
- Report risk exposure and escalate outstanding issues




- Embed governance practices throughout transformation delivery

Requirements:

- Eight to twelve-plus years of professional experience
- At least five years in technology risk or GRC
- Three years supporting large financial institutions
- Experience with risk assessments and control remediation
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
