Key Responsibilities

Manage banking relationships, construction draws, covenants, and lender reporting

Present weekly rolling cash flow forecasts to ownership

Build underwriting, pro forma, and financing models

Own multi-entity reporting,

Requirements

CPA designation with senior residential development or construction finance experience

Hands-on construction lending and debt financing experience
