Lead CIAM modernization delivery at EPAM, coordinating technical programs, client stakeholders, and production cutovers across software engineering environments.

As an experienced Delivery Manager, you will guide migration from SAP Gigya to Microsoft Entra External ID. You will coordinate authentication modernization, user profile data migration, integrations, security controls, and production stabilization. The position requires delivery leadership, technical understanding, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and cutover activities
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams and technology functions
- Manage timelines, priorities, staffing, scope, budget, and resources
- Communicate progress, issues, solutions,



and trade-offs with stakeholders
- Oversee cutover planning, hypercare, and post-production stabilization

Requirements:

- Seven or more years managing delivery, programs, or projects
- Experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology delivery programs
- Experience managing production cutovers and large-scale implementations
- Robust understanding of Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, and QA automation
- Experience delivering SSO, CIAM, OIDC, and OAuth solutions
