As Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations across freight flow, delivery, fulfillment, cashiers, administration, and the PUIS desk. You will coordinate day and night teams, execute service, sales, and operational programs, and address issues affecting customer service or store sales goals. The role includes direct leadership for associates supporting assigned product categories.
