Sureway Construction seeks a Journeyman Carpenter for heavy construction work at the Esso Refinery. Journeyman applicants need a valid Carpentry ticket and three years of commercial or industrial site experience. Third and fourth year apprentices will also be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and follow Sureway’s company safety program
- Encourage safety among employees, subcontractors, and consultants
- Mix, pour, and spread construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, ramps, and catwalks
- Perform construction activities and related site work

Requirements:

- Valid Journeyman Carpentry ticket, or third-year apprenticeship
- Three years of commercial or industrial carpentry experience
- Required flatwork and concrete formwork experience
- Valid non-GDL driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots with six-inch ankle support
