Build detailed production schedules for modular construction using MS Project in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and production activities.

The Scheduler develops, maintains, and optimizes schedules for modular building projects. You will coordinate fabrication, assembly, delivery, and site finishing work. The position requires resource planning, critical path analysis, schedule optimization, and strong cross-department communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive modular production schedules in MS Project
- Sequence activities and coordinate resources against project milestones
- Align schedules with materials, labour capacity, and priorities
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions




- Report progress, risks, changes, and schedule recommendations

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ production scheduling experience
- Required proficiency in MS Project scheduling functions
- Engineering, construction management, or related diploma or degree
- Understanding of modular construction processes and plant operations
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
