As Manager, WWTP Maintenance Facilities, you will oversee facilities maintenance, custodial work, and security management at Gold Bar Wastewater Treatment Plant. The position provides leadership for reliable service delivery, regulatory compliance, and EPCOR’s zero-injury culture. You will manage contractors and teams while supporting annual planning, budgets, and maintenance priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of WWTP facilities and related assets
- Coordinate specialty contractors for HVAC, boilers, and safety equipment
- Develop maintenance procedures supporting compliance and risk mitigation
- Lead annual objectives, priorities, budgets,
and resource planning
- Resolve issues and collaborate with stakeholders across functions
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or Business
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Supervisory experience in unionized industrial maintenance considered an asset
- Understanding of contractor management standards and occupational hazards
- Strong judgement, communication, problem-solving, and industrial relations skills
