This full-time, fixed-term maternity leave replacement reports to the W&FJ; Boutique Manager through February 2028. You will support Watches and Fine Jewelry sales, build client loyalty, and collaborate with Fashion Advisors. The work spans high-end watches, High Jewelry, client styling, and boutique standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive daily Watches and Fine Jewelry business
- Establish client needs before presenting products and brand story
- Support Fashion Advisors introducing W&FJ; pieces
- Work toward sales, unit, and commercial targets
- Complete administration, stock checks, and aftersales follow-up

Requirements:

- Three or more years of luxury retail selling experience
- Knowledge of operational standards and tasks
- Ability to drive individual and store results
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Qualified presentation and behavior
