The Project Manager, Epic Cloud Infrastructure, directs migration from on-premises hosting to Microsoft Azure. This senior project leadership role coordinates networking, identity, security, data migration, testing, and operational readiness. It governs scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, communications, and production cutover for a highly available healthcare technology service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Epic cloud migration planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Maintain integrated plans covering dependencies, milestones, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate infrastructure, networking, security, data migration, and testing workstreams
- Plan rehearsals, validation, failover testing, cutover,



and rollback procedures
- Coordinate transition to operations, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressively responsible project management experience
- Enterprise infrastructure, hybrid-cloud, or cloud-migration project leadership experience
- Experience managing complex technical projects with vendors and external partners
- Epic infrastructure, hosting, technical-readiness, or migration project experience
- Current Azure certification, training, or equivalent qualification
