Lead well commissioning and servicing at Denison’s Phoenix ISR wellfield, applying mechanical troubleshooting skills across remote field operations. Regular site travel precedes a rotational schedule.

Reporting to the Wellfield Manager, the Well Servicing Lead supports construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and servicing. You will work with technical, drilling, operations, maintenance, and contractor teams. The position supports well installation, testing, troubleshooting, rehabilitation, and the transition from construction into operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support commissioning and operation of production, injection, and monitoring wells
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine servicing
- Test flow and pressure while collecting well performance data
- Maintain pumps, piping, instrumentation,



and other wellfield equipment
- Coordinate contractors and maintain accurate servicing and maintenance records

Requirements:

- Technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent relevant field experience
- 10+ years in well servicing or related field operations
- Hands-on experience with pumps, piping, mechanical systems, or well equipment
- Solid mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors physically
