As Project Manager in TAT's FutureWorks Lab, you will support engineering and product development initiatives. The work spans thermal management technologies, customer-driven programs, laboratory activities, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial coordination. Projects progress from concept through design, testing, validation, certification, and production release.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional thermal management engineering and development projects
- Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate engineering, laboratory, operations, quality, and supply chain teams




- Facilitate technical, design, and project gate reviews
- Provide project updates and maintain documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Five or more years managing engineering or aerospace projects
- Experience leading technical projects through implementation
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, test data, and documentation
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
