You will connect digital tools with business needs through enablement, training, communications, and process improvement. The work includes Microsoft Copilot, enterprise platforms, data-informed insights, and employee feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to improve use of digital platforms
- Build confidence with AI, Copilot, and Microsoft 365
- Create learning materials, job aids, and knowledge articles
- Facilitate demonstrations, workshops, and learning sessions




- Use data and feedback to identify adoption improvements

Requirements:

- Three to five years in digital adoption or related fields
- Education in business, technology, communications, or related discipline
- Experience with enterprise platforms, SaaS, or Microsoft 365
- Understanding of AI, Copilot, and digital workplace technologies
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
