This Business Analyst – GenAI / Machine Learning role supports enterprise AI solutions across Commercial and Corporate Banking. You will work with business stakeholders, delivery teams, risk, compliance, and governance partners. Your work spans discovery, implementation, release readiness, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery sessions documenting processes, workflows, pain points, and user journeys
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements aligned with objectives
- Define target-state visions and sequenced capability roadmaps
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defects, validation,



and sign-off
- Support governance, release readiness, communications, and user adoption

Requirements:

- Ten or more years of complex enterprise business analysis experience
- Robust requirements gathering, documentation, and validation experience
- Experience with process maps, workflows, user stories, and functional documentation
- Experience in Agile delivery and regulated environments
- Understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and governance considerations
