Key Responsibilities:

- Manage established commercial accounts and daily client requests
- Market recent business, renewals, and midterm changes
- Negotiate with underwriters and present programs to Account Executives
- Prepare proposals, certificates, invoices, and correspondence
- Guide and train newer team members

Requirements:

- Level 2 General Insurance License required
- Five or more years of commercial insurance experience
- Commercial bonding experience required
- Proficiency in EPIC and Policy Works
- Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
