As Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you will design test systems and clean reporting processes for complex action RPG features. You will provide insights across branching narratives, combat, inventory persistence, quests, missions, visuals, and world state triggers. The goal is proactive quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design comprehensive test plans for action RPG systems
- Test combat AI, quest logic, and progression systems
- Document defects using automation and JIRA
- Conduct regression testing after fixes
- Generate weekly test reports and burn downs

Requirements:

- Five or more years of QA experience
- At least one shipped AAA title, preferably RPG
- Technical literacy with Unreal Engine, JIRA, and automation
- Understanding of combat balancing and world persistence
- Strong qualified communication and diplomacy-focused feedback
