Lead complex infrastructure delivery from an office-based Toronto role, applying governance, readiness planning, and stakeholder leadership across stations projects.

Accenture Construct seeks a Delivery Director for the SCT-Stations portfolio. You will provide senior leadership across readiness, governance, safety assurance, and strategic delivery activities. The work includes coordinating project teams, functional leads, delivery partners, contractors, and Metrolinx stakeholders. You will support portfolio performance, commercial matters, risk mitigation, handover, and transition across major transportation infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead MTC readiness planning across the Stations Portfolio
- Align governance and reporting with IDPC requirements
- Oversee safety assurance actions and close-out activities




- Support commercial negotiations and contract-related issue resolution
- Coordinate delivery risks, performance reporting, and transition activities

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction, or project management
- Minimum 15 years delivering major infrastructure or transportation programs
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex portfolios
- Experience with governance, risk, controls, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting readiness, handover, or operational transition
