As Responsible AI Oversight Manager, you will report to the MD, AI Strategy Alignment & Oversight. You will assess legal, brand, security, privacy, and operational risks while supporting sponsors through ATB’s review process. The work connects AI Governance, Risk & Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, Legal, and Data Governance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial risk assessments for AI proposals, tools, and agents
- Guide sponsors through ATB’s AI review process
- Monitor OSFI guidance, federal policy, and industry standards
- Maintain ATB’s central AI Intake Inventory
- Coordinate oversight committees and document governance decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Three to five years in AI oversight, risk, or compliance
- Two to three years of people management or leadership experience
- Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, and NIST AI RMF
- Working knowledge of OSFI E-23/E-21 guidelines
