Lead vendor conflict governance at Metrolinx from the 20 Bay Street office, applying procurement expertise and advising stakeholders on complex cases.

Reporting to the Manager, Conflicts of Interest, this lead provides strategic advice on the Vendor Conflict of Interest program. The work spans policy guidance, investigations, training, reporting, and stakeholder advisory services. You will support Procurement Services, client groups, vendors, and senior leaders across Metrolinx.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize COI Specialists’ caseloads according to business needs and materiality
- Advise stakeholders and the Manager on complex conflict cases
- Assess disclosures and lead comprehensive information-gathering investigations
- Draft briefings, correspondence, and communications for escalated matters




- Lead Committee meetings, databases, reporting, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- University degree in business, commerce, supply chain, policy, law, or related discipline
- Experience administering or leading procurement or contract conflict programs
- Paralegal or legal experience preferred
- Stakeholder, project management, and team leadership experience
- Experience reporting to senior leaders and delivering presentations confidentially
