Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join the Supply Chain Technology team and contribute to the development of a new AI-powered supply chain platform.

Working closely with AI and Backend Engineers, you will be responsible for developing modern, responsive and interactive user interfaces that bring the platform's functionality to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a recent technology initiative that combines modern frontend engineering with next-generation AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain modern, responsive and interactive web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance frontend applications using Next.js.
- Develop reusable components and scalable frontend architecture.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate closely with AI and Backend Engineers to deliver fully integrated AI-powered applications.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that support complex application workflows.
- Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, performant and maintainable.

Must Have Skills:

- Strong experience developing frontend applications using React, hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Strong TypeScript development experience, building modern, scalable, and responsible web applications.
- Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience with Google Cloud (preferred), open to AWS/Azure
