This Associate Controls Engineer performs electrical layouts, schematic design, and operation descriptions for material handling controls systems. The position develops PLC programs, verifies logic through emulation testing, and designs visualization systems through Ignition. You will support commissioning, system integration, and customer acceptance testing while addressing technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform electrical layouts and schematic design
- Prepare and release order entry
- Design Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programs
- Verify PLC logic through emulation testing
- Commission and test industrial material handling controls systems

Requirements:

- BS or BA in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC proficiency is a plus
- Ignition experience is a plus
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 25%
