Reporting to the Director of the Operational Excellence Office, you will advise leaders and teams through complex technology transformations. You will support the Daily Content initiative while shaping strategies, frameworks, tools, and deliverables. Your work will address product management, agile practices at scale, stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose transformation challenges and deliver actionable recommendations
- Guide operating model, governance, and collaboration changes
- Develop reusable transformation frameworks, tools, and practical guides




- Design change management and adoption strategies
- Track adoption metrics and refine approaches using insights

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Seven to 10 years leading large-scale technology transformations
- Hands-on product management and scaled agile experience
- Expertise in Secure, Scrum, or other scaled agile frameworks
- Bilingual English and French written and spoken
