This coordinator oversees print and digital advertising and editorial production across The Northern Miner, Canadian Mining Journal, and MINING.com. The work includes scheduling, supplier coordination, quality control, publishing platforms, and workflow improvements. You will support news syndication, email digests, proofreading, image editing, content updates, and advertising reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate print and digital advertising and editorial production
- Prepare, format, schedule, and publish supplied materials
- Manage production schedules, deadlines, and publishing workflows
- Coordinate printers, suppliers, and service providers




- Review materials for accuracy and production compliance

Requirements:

- Two to three years of relevant media production experience preferred
- Experience coordinating production workflows and meeting tight deadlines
- Knowledge of advertising specifications and publishing platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
