Lead real estate debt financing from Montreal with fluent English and French, shaping transactions across Canadian and U.S. portfolios.

As Vice President, Real Estate Debt & Financing, you will report to the CIO and ownership. Develop financing strategies, structure debt, negotiate terms, and oversee transactions through closing. Lead three analysts while contributing directly to underwriting and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop financing strategies for acquisitions, developments, and refinancings
- Source and negotiate debt with diverse capital providers
- Analyze NOI, cash flow, valuation, LTV, DSCR, and debt yield
- Manage lender selection, due diligence, documentation, closing, and funding
- Oversee maturities, covenants, rates, and refinancing requirements

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of commercial real estate finance experience
- Experience structuring and executing commercial real estate financings
- Robust modeling, underwriting, valuation, and credit analysis skills
- Fluent English and French communication
- Experience across Canadian and U.S. financing markets preferred
