Avidbots seeks a technically competent technician for its Customer Care department. You will service Neo self-driving floor scrubbers, troubleshoot software-related issues, and support robot operations. The role combines independent fieldwork, customer relationships, equipment support, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer and equipment support from depots and onsite
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related service issues
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Support robot operations through web-based monitoring software
- Train customers to use all robot functions

Requirements:

- Diploma, degree, or two to five years’ related experience
- Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Read schematics and wiring diagrams for fault-finding
- Work adaptable shifts and changing schedules
- Travel across North America with license and passport
