Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this manager leads technical services within Engineering, Facilities Management and Development. The work spans design reviews, commissioning, asset management, building performance improvement, and energy initiatives. Collaboration with project delivery, Maintenance and Operations, and institutional stakeholders supports reliable, maintainable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical services and facilities sustainability initiatives
- Develop asset management and capital planning inputs
- Oversee building assessments and consultant investigations




- Maintain technical design and construction standards
- Guide commissioning, testing, and project handover

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum seven years’ relevant facilities engineering experience
- Leadership experience in energy management or sustainability
- Knowledge of building codes, systems, and controls
- Experience with asset plans, audits, and benchmarking
