Coordinate inventory, purchasing, and logistics for ZEROCOR Tubulars in Calgary, using vendor negotiation and supply chain analysis daily. This is a 100% in-office role.

As an Inventory & Logistics Analyst, you will support marketing, sales, and operations across the purchase order lifecycle. The position manages raw material inventory, vendor relationships, customer requirements, shipments, and ERP records. You will also analyze quotes, margins, supplier performance, and inventory data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage purchase orders from initiation through completion
- Generate RFQs and analyze pricing, lead times, and vendor performance
- Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory records




- Reconcile physical yard records with digital system levels
- Provide technical product information to sales teams

Requirements:

- Secondary education required; supply chain training preferred
- At least two years of relevant experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Experience with Cin7 Core and XERO advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
