Johnson & Johnson seeks a seasoned Senior Director to shape portfolio and capital deployment decisions across Pharmaceuticals and Medical Technologies. You will establish financial perspectives for acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures while partnering with executives, Business Development, external advisors, and the A&D; Community of Practice. The position covers valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, closing activities, and recommendations for senior management, the GOC, EC/MC, and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business discipline
- Minimum 12 years of finance, accounting, or related experience
- Financial analysis, valuation modeling, and investment decision-making experience preferred
- Ability to interrogate financial statements and key linkages
- Solid analytical, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
