The Security Platform Analyst supports Sun Life’s Cyber Security program and operational security technology. You will manage tickets, support investigations, contribute to projects, and transition new technology into production. The work focuses on reliable service, controls, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ticket intake, triage, resolution, and operational escalation
- Maintain security capabilities and protection mechanisms
- Support security technology as a subject matter expert
- Verify controls protecting against cyber security risks




- Operationalize projects and maintain security documentation

Requirements:

- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of security IT industry experience
- Experience with CrowdStrike, Netskope, Wiz, HashiCorp, or AWS Secrets Manager
- Familiarity with NIST, MITRE, security tools, and services
- Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance required
