Lead Modern Niagara’s Electrical division across Ontario through P&L; leadership, strategic growth, and integrated construction solutions.

The Vice President of Electrical owns commercial success, financial performance, and market positioning. This senior leader develops growth strategy, expands markets, and strengthens relationships with developers, general contractors, municipalities, and institutional clients. The role aligns Electrical with Mechanical and Construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a three to five year growth strategy
- Lead national geographic expansion and evaluate partnership opportunities
- Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and major pursuits
- Manage Electrical division P&L;, forecasting, margins, and pricing




- Scale leadership capacity while championing safety-first culture

Requirements:

- 12 or more years in electrical contracting, engineering, or construction
- Five to ten years of senior leadership with P&L; accountability
- Proven revenue growth record within the construction market
- Strong relationships within ICI markets
- Financial fluency and engineering or trade background
