DECIEM is a rapid-growing beauty company known as The Abnormal Beauty Company. We are seeking a hands-on Total Rewards Operations Analyst (M&A;) on a contract basis to support HR-related activities during integration and post-integration projects.

Based in our Liberty Village office in Toronto with a hybrid three-day in-office schedule, the role focuses on data accuracy, payroll alignment, and process improvement across HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards systems.
