The Manager of Product Delivery leads execution of the product roadmap and develops 4-10 Product Owners. This role oversees backlog management, delivery standards, compliance traceability, and cross-functional coordination. Partnerships include Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Security, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Scrum Masters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, coach, hire, and develop Product Owners
- Ensure groomed, prioritized, sprint-ready backlogs reflect roadmap commitments
- Resolve dependencies, blockers, and resourcing conflicts
- Partner on release readiness, validation,



and go/no-go decisions
- Report delivery metrics, risks, and timelines to leadership

Requirements:

- 8+ years in product delivery, ownership, or agile leadership
- 3+ years managing people
- Hands-on Product Owner experience in scrum environments
- Regulated software delivery experience, including healthcare or similar
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2, or HITRUST
