Reporting to regional operations leadership, you will balance relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders. The role requires progressive leadership, budget management, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a solid, effective management team
- Lead managers, sales consultants, and frontline employees
- Direct and monitor residence operational activities




- Develop operational plans and delegate authority effectively
- Address resident and family concerns with action plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or related field
- Three to five years’ progressive leadership experience
- Retirement living, hospitality, or similar sector experience
- Proven team, budget, and operations management record
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada required
