Lead aerospace coatings and sealants sales remotely across the Toronto and Mississauga, Ontario area. Grow assigned accounts through direct customer engagement.
As PPG’s Aerospace Sales Manager, you will achieve regional sales and market goals across major Aerospace customers. Report to the Sales Director OEM and Aftermarket while managing account plans, CRM opportunities, negotiations, and forecasts. Support product selection, usage, and new technology adoption through production launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans supporting sales and margin improvement
- Maintain commercial prospect pipelines using structured CRM data
- Build relationships across customer procurement, engineering, and leadership
- Lead negotiations and contract development within corporate guidelines
- Guide new technologies through qualification and production launch
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Five or more years of related sales experience
- Coatings or sealants experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with P&L; reporting and financial metrics
- Matrixed organization experience and travel up to forty percent
