We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team at our pallet recycling facility.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that involves sorting, repairing, dismantling, and recycling wooden pallets. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty!

Job Responsibilities

- Sorting and inspecting used wooden pallets.
- Repairing and dismantling damaged pallets using hand and power tools.
- Stacking, organizing, and moving pallets throughout the yard and warehouse.
- Removing damaged boards and preparing materials for recycling.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assisting with other general labour duties as required.
- Following all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting,



and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or general labour is an asset.
- Previous experience in pallet recycling, construction, or warehouse work is an asset but not required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
