As Senior Technical Program Manager, Engineering Chief of Staff, you advise a Vice President of Engineering responsible for websites, mobile apps, and global ecommerce. You will align engineering, product, architecture, UX, and business leaders around priorities, decisions, and delivery. The role combines technical depth with portfolio planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run planning, business reviews, leadership meetings, and decision tracking
- Maintain priorities, roadmaps, capacity, headcount, and budget visibility
- Prepare executive reviews with explicit status, risks,



and asks
- Represent the Vice President in technical judgment forums
- Drive cross-organization initiatives from proposal through adoption

Requirements:

- 10+ years in technology and 5+ leading large technical programs
- Technical background in engineering, software, or architecture
- Chief of staff or engineering business operations experience
- Executive communication and steering committee leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP is a plus
